== Frequently Asked Questions ==
= How does the hyperlinking work? =
Select the word/phrase to be hyperlinked. Select the Category to which the
word/phrase belongs. Press the "Smart Link" button. If the word/phrase is
present for that category in the inetlinker database, it will be hyperlinked.
The hyperlinks are "pre-selected". For example, "Barack Obama" links to "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barack_Obama".
= What criteria was used to "pre-select" the url (or hyperlink) for a term? =
The words/phrases have been "mined" from popular encyclopedias/web sites like
wikipedia, msn encarta, bbc.co.uk, bartleby, enotes, knowledgerush to name a
few.
The choice of an encyclopedia/web site is guided by criterias like
availibility of a picture describing the word, quality of description, formatting
and lack of advertisements/popups on the web page. The objective has been to
pick urls which point to web pages that have an "educational" feel (rather
than commercial).
= What is the "Auto Hyperlink" option? =
"Auto Hyperlink" will search the inetlinker database for a best match and
automatically hyperlink the selected word/phrase. You don't have to bother
selecting the category.
= What is the purpose of the Categories? =
A word or phrase can have multiple meanings. For example, "Michael Douglas"
can be the name of a movie star or a sportsman. Hence, the categories.
= What browsers are currently supported? =
IE 6/7 on Windows and Firefox 2.0/3.0 on Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
= Known issues =

2. "Check for Word" feature does not work on WordPress 2.1 for IE.
= The phrases "Pacific Ocean" and "Atlantic Ocean" are hyper linked, but the word "ocean" gives me a "No Match Found". Why? =
Very simple words are not hyperlinked.
= When I move the mouse cursor over the "Link Status Indicator" button , it gives me "JSonRequestError: Bad Response" (Firefox) or "Bad Response" (IE) =
